Please keep the time of the timetable.
Excess noise, drinking, and gambling are prohibited inside the camp. If any staff has found that the participants are doing the wrong things, we may ask them to leave the facility.

Smoking is only allowed in designated places. But we are recommending not to bring it to camp for safety

Cooking is prohibited in the facility.

There will be a staff all the time. If the participants have an allergy or special dietary, let the staff be informed beginning of the camp for further assistance.

Parents may visit the venue if they want.

Refund policy

The cancellation fee is 10% of the full price.
The cancellation fee before 30 days of the program starting date is 30% of the full price.
The cancellation fee before 15 days of the program starting date is 40% of the full price.
There's no refund after day 10 of July 2026.

Payment method

After the registration, we'll send you a invoice with the payment method by email.
There are 3 options for payment, by Bank account transfer by Wise or credit card(There's an extra fee), by installments(There's an extra fee).
After the payment, we'll send you a confirmation email.
After the payment, you'll receive a participant manual with detailed information about the program.

Q. How can pay the participation fee?

A. First, you need to register for free. After the registration, we'll send you an email with the payment instruction

A. Yes, they can.

Q. Can I pay installments?

A. Yes, you can. However, you need to make all the payments before the start of the program. Please contact us for the installments

Q. Does all package includes accommodation?

A. Yes, all of our packages includes accommodation and meals.

Q. What is the family package?

A. Family package is for parents or siblings who want to stay with the participants, it only includes accommodation, meals and city tour.

Q. Airport pickup is included?

A. We'll provide pick-up from Incheon, Gimpo airport and Seoul station.

The price of each pickup will be 17.5 USD per trip.

Q. Can foreigners participate?

A. Yes, we don't have any ethnical limitations.

Q. Does it include a flight ticket?

A. No, it doesn't

Q. Can I select the roommate?

A. All rooms are twin and triple bed rooms and you can write your friend or family name to accommodate with you.

Q. Is there any age restrictions?

A. We don't have any age restrictions but we recommend dancers 10 years old above
